Super friendly staff. Transport connections were also good. Rooms clean and were also cleaned daily.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but coffee was drinkable.

Our studio suite was spacious and well-organized. The outdoor patio and vast open area were perfect for the kids to enjoy some fresh air while the pool was unavailable.
The breakfast choices were limited and could benefit from more variety.

Great location for visit to University of Findlay. Room size very comfortable.
Booked thru Booked.net but hotel didn't have the reservation. They did accommodate me as they had a cancellation. I stayed two nights however my room was not cleaned! Not happy about that.

I had a request for more linens before I arrived and did not have them at check in like I requested. When I asked for more towels because I was in the pool with my daughter, the lady at 11p was rude about giving me more but I had used the ones in my hotel room because there were none in the pool room.

Very clean, recently remodeled, and very nice.
The only bad thing I have to say is that there was so much chlorine in the pool that it made my eyes burn before I even got in the pool. We had to cut our time in the pool area down because our eyes were burning so bad.
